Jacksonville fully integrated marketing agency is seeking an Account Supervisor with five plus years of agency/integrated marketing experience.  The ideal candidate will have an extensive background in healthcare and business to business marketing.  This person will lead and drive client integrated marketing plans. Skills include high level project management ability, strong marketing  strategy knowledge, team leadership capability, a consultant mindset and strong relationship building skills within all contact levels of the client.

RESPONSIBILITIES

-  Serve as a senior member of the agency's integrated marketing services team
-  Identify and lead all client opportunities and ensure integration throughout all internal agency divisions
-  Lead account service initiatives, activation strategy and service integration for assigned accounts
-  Participate in marketing strategy planning and positioning and brand strategy with agency and client senior strategy leaders
-  Client relationship development
-  Create initial strategy/briefing documents, review and then evaluate creative projects for strategy/message effectiveness
-  Present agency strategic plans and recommendations to clients
-  Supervise younger account team members to ensure a high level of performance
-  Mentor and train team members
-  Participate in new business development and pitches as directed by agency partners
-  Effectively manage client budgets while maintaining overall client business growth as well as agency profitability
-  Identify and cultivate new revenue opportunities with existing clients

QUALIFICATIONS

-  5 plus years experience, ideally on the agency side
-  Integrated marketing experience including branding, strategic planning, marketing strategy, digital marketing, social media, advertising, media, public relations, direct mail, trade shows and content marketing
-  Capability to lead, present and sell effectively, build rapport among clients
-  Strong management experience including team, budget, client relationship and marketing program management
-  Excellent writing, oral and interpersonal skills
-  Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field, MBA preferred
